Hi, my name is Brad Ward

With over a decade of experience in senior driving examiner, teaching, and assessment roles, I’ve most recently served as an ADI Enforcement Examiner for East Anglia. In this role, I oversaw Part 2 and Part 3 tests, as well as standard checks across the region. Prior to that, I was a regular examiner conducting learner tests in Ipswich.

My journey started with a love of cars and a passion for driving, which led me to become a driving instructor in Bury St Edmunds. I never imagined it would take me to the level I am today, but my dedication to teaching and commitment to high standards has guided me every step of the way.

Throughout my career, I’ve stayed true to my core values: being direct, loyal, supportive, and honest whether I’m giving guidance during a learner’s driving lesson or making a career-changing decision on a Part 3 assessment. These principles have shaped my approach and helped me build trust and respect in the industry.
