Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

1.1 “We / Us / Our” refers to BCW Instructor Training.
1.2 “Client / You / Your” means any person or entity who uses our services, purchases products, or downloads digital materials.
1.3 “Services” means any training, mentoring, CPD, or instruction offered by us.
1.4 “Training Guides / Digital Products” means any digital files, PDFs, downloads, or similar materials offered for purchase or download.
1.5 “Website” means bcwtraining.com and its sub-pages.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By booking our services or downloading/purchasing digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2.2 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

 

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 All prices for services and products are as quoted on the Website at the time of order.
3.2 Payment must be made in full prior to commencement of services, or provision of digital products, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.
3.3 We accept payment via the methods listed on the Website.

 

4. Cancellation, Refunds & Rescheduling
 
4.1 Services (Training, Mentoring, CPD)

  • You may cancel or reschedule a booked session provided you give us at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of fees paid or a cancellation charge.

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice and offer an alternative date or a refund.

 

4.2 Digital Products / Training Guides

  • Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or access has been given.

  • If a digital product is faulty (e.g. missing pages, corrupted file), you must notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement or refund if warranted.

 

5. Delivery & Access

5.1 Physical Products: We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3–5 working days of confirmation and payment. Delivery times may vary depending on courier services, location, and unforeseen delays.
5.2 Digital Products: Access/download links are provided immediately upon successful payment, unless otherwise stated.
5.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate equipment and software to access digital products.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, resources, guides, and website content are the intellectual property of BCW Instructor Training and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

 

7. Client Obligations & Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information when booking services or purchasing products, and to follow all reasonable instructions during training or mentoring sessions.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality services and materials, outcomes such as pass rates cannot be guaranteed. Except for liability arising from negligence causing death or personal injury, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product.

 

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
