Service Description

This is currently one of my most popular services. With years of experience and excellent feedback from clients, I provide direct, honest, and practical guidance, no sugar-coating or unnecessary padding for financial gain. Many trainers simply tell you what you want to hear; I focus on what you need to know. How it works: Hour 1: I observe a real-life lesson, taking detailed notes on teaching style, delivery, and learner interaction. Hour 2: Once the learner has been dropped off, I provide thorough feedback both verbally and in writing. You’ll also receive insight into how your performance would be marked in a standard check or Part 3 assessment, using genuine marking sheets. This service is designed to give you actionable insights, helping you identify strengths, pinpoint areas for improvement, and elevate your teaching to a higher standard.
